Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to ensure prompt loan repayments
- Visit client shops, homes, and business locations for verification
- Assess and confirm customer identity, business operations, and guarantors
- Record and document collateral and supporting evidence accurately
- Investigate delinquent accounts and implement recovery actions
- Maintain detailed field reports and update internal systems
- Build professional relationships while enforcing repayment discipline
- Escalate high-risk or non-compliant cases as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent
- Previous experience in collections, microfinance, or field operations preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Physically fit and willing to travel frequently
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
Remuneration: NGN80,000 per month + performance incentives (where applicable)
