Field Agents - Cooperative Collectors

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with cooperative members in the community
• Collect daily contributions from assigned cooperative members accurately and transparently.
  
• Conduct field-level onboarding of new contributors, including proper KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
  
• Ensure timely submission of daily remittances to the Supervisor or designated officer
  
• Prepare and submit daily reports on contributions, collections, and field activities
  
• Promptly escalate any discrepancies, challenges, or risks to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• OND or equivalent qualification (prior experience in field collections, sales, or community engagement is an advantage).
  
• High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and accountability.
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to use basic digital tools for reporting and remittance submission.
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
  
• Community relationship management
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial handling
  
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
  
• Trustworthiness and ethical conduct
  
• Adaptability and resilience in field operations
• Must reside in Port Harcourt

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy and timeliness of daily contribution collections.
  
• Number of new contributors onboarded and verified through proper KYC.
  
• Compliance with remittance and reporting timelines.
  
• Reduction in errors, discrepancies, or unremitted funds.
  
• Positive community feedback and trust ratings.
