Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily property inspections (minimum 2, maximum 3)
- Source and verify new property listings
- Capture clear property pictures and videos
- Collect accurate property details and pricing
- Maintain communication with landlords and property owners
- Submit daily and weekly field activity reports
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Ajah, Lekki, and surrounding areas
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a smartphone and WhatsApp effectively
- Organized and dependable with reporting
- OND/HND/BSc qualification is an added advantage
- Previous real estate or field experience is a plus
