Job summary
We are recruiting Field Sales Agents to build our vendor network across three Lagos areas: Berger, Ogba and Ikeja. Each agent will be assigned to a single area, and preference will be given to candidates who already live within or close to the area they are applying for.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit local businesses within the assigned area in person
- Present the Ojiffy proposition to owners and managers, and secure their registration
- Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, including product photography, pricing, listings and first order
- Maintain regular follow-up with registered vendors to ensure they remain active and continue trading
- Submit a concise daily report covering visits completed, vendors onboarded, and market feedback gathered
Requirements:
- Resident in or near Berger, Ogba or Ikeja
- Confident approaching business owners directly, without prior introduction
- Resilient and able to sustain performance in the face of frequent rejection
- Access to a smartphone, and able to submit daily reports reliably and without prompting
- Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, POS agency or FMCG representation is a distinct advantage
