Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Taking accurate client measurements, advising on fabrics, and creating patterns (traditional or computer-aided) for custom, bespoke outfits.
- Cutting, assembling, and sewing garments (like Aso Ebi, jumpsuits, and suits) from scratch, including lining and fabric preparation.
- Performing fittings, identifying necessary adjustments for a perfect fit, and repairing or remodeling existing garments.
- Ensuring high-quality stitching, sewing buttons, adding trims, and pressing finished items.
- Maintaining sewing equipment, keeping the work area organized, and managing production times efficiently.
- Scheduling, handling fittings, and delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in women's wear.
- Ability to cut & sew perfectly with zero supervision – show us your magic.
