We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Female Service Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the growth and efficiency of our organization. The successful candidate will provide leadership to staff, coordinate operational activities, and help drive business performance.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Supervise, support, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue business development and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee facility-related operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, service management, hospitality, spa, salon, or related management role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management tools.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Female preferably 


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience managing teams within the hospitality, wellness, beauty, or service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and drive business growth.


Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 270,000

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
