Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with fabric selection and purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Fold, arrange, and organize fabrics and materials within the store.
• Ensure the store remains clean, neat, and visually appealing at all times.
• Take clear and attractive photos and videos of fabrics and new arrivals.
• Post products and updates on Instagram and other social media platforms as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries both in-store and online.
• Assist in inventory organization and stock management.
• Support daily store operations and administrative tasks.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media posting.
• Well-presented, courteous, and customer-oriented.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, hardworking, honest, and reliable.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly
