Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports
- Ensure proper product display and availability at customer locations
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure timely payment collection where applicable
Requirements:
- Minimum of / OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
- 1–3 years proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, FMCG, or field sales preferred)
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer products is an added advantage
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Good understanding of basic sales reporting and record keeping
- Target-driven with strong persuasion skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
