Job summary
We seek to hire a female personal assistant to the CEO. This is an on-site and full-time role based in Lekki, Lagos for a personal assistant to the chief executive officer. The role involves managing the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and providing executive administrative support. The ideal candidate should be professional, presentable, confident, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assist with correspondence and daily executive tasks
- Support basic social media content creation and posting
- Record basic mobile video content when require
- Represent the CEO professionally at meetings, events, and gatherings
- Coordinate follow-ups and administrative activities
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND in business administration, mass communication, marketing, or related fields
- Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer
- Basic mobile videography and social media knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good appearance and professional conduct
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow in media/content-related responsibilities
