Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational and sales objectives.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and brand growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, stock control, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce management activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational, sales, and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management on business development initiatives and growth strategies.
• Oversee facility management and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' managerial experience in the beauty, spa, salon, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business and sales targets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management tools.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing a beauty salon, spa, skincare clinic, wellness center, or lifestyle brand.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and business profitability.
