Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team with day-to-day activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Liaise with the administrative team to address and resolve operational and administrative issues
- Supervise inventory management, including stock monitoring and control
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Support and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure targets and standards are met
- Participate in recruitment processes by sitting in or conducting interviews alongside the Human Resources team
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to operations and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proximity to the location is required for the position.
