We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Female Inventory & E-Commerce Officer to manage inventory records, maintain product listings, and support online sales operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data management, familiarity with POS systems (preferably TracePOS), and basic e-commerce catalogue

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory records to ensure accuracy at all times
- Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Update and maintain product information across e-commerce platforms
- Create and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels
- Process sales transactions and inventory updates using TracePOS or similar POS systems
- Generate inventory and sales reports as required
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure inventory availability
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, returns, and adjustments
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, retail operations, e-commerce, or related roles
- Experience using POS systems (TracePOS experience is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce product cataloguing and inventory control
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
