Job summary

The Human Resource & Administrative Officer will support the Operations department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and general HR operations.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Internship & Graduate Experience Length: 1 year Working Hours: Rotating Schedule

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking where required
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, staff meetings, and HR programs
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Minimum of OND.
