Human Resources & Administrative Officer
Job summary
The Human Resource & Administrative Officer will support the Operations department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and general HR operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking where required
- Assist in organizing training sessions, staff meetings, and HR programs
- Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of OND.
