Fashion Production Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate Female Fashion Production Officer to oversee and coordinate the garment production process from design to finished product. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, coordinate with tailors and suppliers, and support the smooth day-to-day operations
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Coordinate and supervise daily garment production activities.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
- Monitor the progress of orders from cutting to final finishing.
- Work closely with designers, tailors, and production staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished garments before delivery.
- Resolve production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Inventory & Materials Management: Monitor fabric, trims, and production materials.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished products.
- Notify management when stock levels are low.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of production materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Track customer orders from production to delivery.
- Ensure garments meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate packaging and dispatch of completed orders.
- Follow up on production timelines to ensure prompt delivery.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain production records and reports.
- Prepare daily and weekly production updates.
- Coordinate production meetings and communicate production status to management.
- Ensure the production environment remains clean, organized, and efficient.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in fashion production, garment manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes.
- Experience working with tailors and fashion production teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 per month
