Responsibilities:
- Manage daily fashion production operations.
- Sew and assist with garment production when required.
- Supervise tailors and production staff.
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of orders.
- Plan production schedules and allocate tasks.
- Monitor fabric usage and production materials.
- Maintain high finishing standards and minimize production errors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fashion production management.
- Excellent sewing and garment construction skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and finishing techniques.
Remuneration: NGN 3000,000/month
