Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's luxury fashion products to new and existing customers.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Create engaging content and manage the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor social media performance, trends, and analytics to improve engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, fashion events, and networking opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support business growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate is required.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is an advantage.
