Job Summary
The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s digital marketing strategies including marketing campaigns that increases brand awareness, drives traffic, acquires leads tailored to meet set sales and marketing goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Curate marketing and sales strategies
- Work with the CEO to execute marketing strategies
- Plan, create and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google My Business, etc., ensuring brand image and message is consistent across all digital channels
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, respond to queries promptly, monitor customer reviews and build a community
- Create high-converting captions and sales copy that drives engagement and sales
- Run paid adverts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.) to drive traffic and sales and measure ROI on campaigns
- Conduct social media audits and monitor sales and marketing KPIs to track success
- Generate quality leads by preparing a quality lead magnet
- Develop, deploy and manage email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts
- Develop and deploy launch campaigns for new products and services
- Upload and update product images, product descriptions, prices, etc on the company website to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure the online store is optimised for user experience and sales
- Monitor website performance, website traffic, sales and campaign performance using analytics tools, report issues and coordinate with the developer for timely fixes.
- Create SEO blog posts
- Stay updated on current trends, audience preference, competitor activities, customer buying behaviour, etc.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Secure partnerships and collaborative deals with influencers, communities, industry professionals and complementary brands
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Prepare periodic reports and suggest improvements for better results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing or related discipline
- Proven work experience in a Digital Marketing role (minimum of 2 years).
- Must stay at Ikorodu or within the environs.
- Expertise in Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok Ads, creating content and managing communities
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in learning new skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (Text, image, video)
- Expert knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Social media and tech savvy, and up to date on current trends
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, online marketing channels and an ability to deliver on metrics-driven results
- Familiar with web design
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent graphic design and video editing skills.
- Lagos would be the primary job location. Might be required to travel, work overtime and on weekends.
