Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Abuja for a Fashion Sales Representative. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable fashion products. Day-to-day tasks will include driving sales through effective communication, presenting product options, handling customer inquiries, and managing inventory. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on fashion trends, assisting with store display organization, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to advise customers on style
• Organization and inventory management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management tools is a plus
