Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Supervise tailors and designers, track garment manufacturing workflows, and enforce strict quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, and schedule workshop or showroom employees.
- Operations & Administration: Maintain expense records, manage inventory of raw materials, and report progress directly to the creative director or CEO.
- Client Relations: Coordinate fittings, manage custom client orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
Remuneration: NGN 120,000-150,000
