Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion House Manager located in Lekki. The Fashion House Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Duties include staff training, maintaining service quality, managing resources efficiently, and providing exceptional client experiences. The role also involves ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and oversee a team effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and stakeholders
• Experience in Training team members to uphold company standards
• Focused on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional client experiences
• Basic Cooking skills to support catering or auxiliary services (if relevant)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Prior experience in a management role within the fashion or retail industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
