Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage seasonal budgets, control pricing strategies, and drive profitability across retail and wholesale operations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors, ensuring the brand identity remains distinct and appealing to the target audience.
- Oversee the product development cycle from initial design concepts through to manufacturing and delivery to the sales floor.
- Identify retail or e-commerce opportunities, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage relationships with wholesale buyers and distributors.
- Collaborate with PR and creative teams to launch new collections, oversee advertising campaigns, and execute go-to-market.
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, broadcast, events).
- Ensuring all touchpoints—from logos and packaging to social media posts and retail displays—align with established brand guidelines.
- Measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) like return on investment (ROI), brand awareness, and sales data to prepare performance reports.
- Collaborating with product or commercial teams to provide input on design, packaging, and launch strategies aimed at meeting sales targets
Requirements:
- Possession of a B.Sc./HND qualification
- Possession of relevant work experience in the retail fashion industry
- In-depth understanding of Social Media platforms and their utilization to increase sales
- Good charisma and influencing prowess
- Customer service focused
- Self-Motivated and result-driven
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to use own initiative with an ‘out of the box’ thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
