We are seeking a skilled fashion Brand Business Development Manager to oversee and manage our company's operations and drive its growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in business management.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage seasonal budgets, control pricing strategies, and drive profitability across retail and wholesale operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors, ensuring the brand identity remains distinct and appealing to the target audience.
  • Oversee the product development cycle from initial design concepts through to manufacturing and delivery to the sales floor.
  • Identify retail or e-commerce opportunities, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage relationships with wholesale buyers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with PR and creative teams to launch new collections, oversee advertising campaigns, and execute go-to-market.
  • Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, broadcast, events).
  • Ensuring all touchpoints—from logos and packaging to social media posts and retail displays—align with established brand guidelines.
  • Measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) like return on investment (ROI), brand awareness, and sales data to prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborating with product or commercial teams to provide input on design, packaging, and launch strategies aimed at meeting sales targets


Requirements:

  • Possession of a B.Sc./HND qualification
  • Possession of relevant work experience in the retail fashion industry
  • In-depth understanding of Social Media platforms and their utilization to   increase sales
  • Good charisma and influencing prowess
  • Customer service focused
  • Self-Motivated and result-driven
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to use own initiative with an ‘out of the box’ thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
