Job summary
We are seeking a smart, detail-orientated fashion academy operations officer to oversee the effective day-to-day management of our fashion academy. The ideal candidate must understand fashion designing, be social media savvy, pay attention to details, and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will resume at our Fashion Academy in Gbagada.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the fashion academy.
- Schedule classes, training sessions, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and registration documentation.
- Support instructors with classroom logistics, training materials, and operational needs.
- Ensure training equipment, sewing machines, and academy facilities are properly maintained.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide information about academy programs.
- Assist in student onboarding, orientation, and graduation activities.
- Monitor inventory and procure operational supplies when necessary.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation where required.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for academy programs and events.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in administration and fashion management, preferably in a fast-paced or creative industry.
- Must possess strong critical and analytical thinking as well as problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience managing people, customers and vendors.
- Ability to work independently, time management and multitasking skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
