Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Agribusiness Leadership: Oversee the complete nursery-to-harvest cycle of hybrid Tenera palms and manage high-value secondary crop commercialization (Cassava, Maize, and seasonal vegetables).
- Milling Operations: Lead the setup, routine maintenance, and daily operations of the automated processing mill to maximize Oil Extraction Rates (OER).
- Governance & Systems: Enforce structural workflows including inventory logs, weekly digital updates, and multi-layered input matching to ensure absolute operational transparency.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and supervise local labor teams while maintaining high productivity and strict safety standards.
Requirements:
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Education: B.Sc / HND in Agriculture or a related discipline.
