Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely output.
- Coordinate production processes and track progress against set targets.
- Follow up with customers on sales-related activities, orders, and enquiries.
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to monitor production activities and ensure accountability.
- Good communication, customer relationship, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and record management.
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in the role applied for.
