The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing factory workers, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory production and workforce activities.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor machine operations and workflow efficiency.
- Enforce workplace safety and factory regulations.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Track raw materials usage and minimize defects/wastage.
- Train and guide factory workers on operational procedures.
- Prepare daily production and performance reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of factory equipment and environment.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or furniture production environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of factory operations and production processes.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Candidate must be below 35 years of age.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of furniture production processes and machinery handling.
- Experience with production planning and quality control.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 250,000
