Eudora and Aegle Management Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of a Factory Operations Manager. We are seeking a numerate, systems-driven and experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small food/spice processing facility, production planning, raw material and finished goods control, procurement planning, stock reconciliation, basic costing, equipment coordination, staff supervision, food safety/GMP compliance, and weekly management reporting.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise factory staff and submit weekly operational reports.
- Lead and oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational objectives
- Ensure full compliance with NAFDAC and GMP standards across all plant operations
- Coordinate production schedules, plan procurement, and manage machine upkeep.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- HND in Food Science/Technology, Agricultural Processing, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
- Comfortable with Excel/basic computer systems, understand NAFDAC/GMP requirements, and be able to work with production and inventory records properly
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in food, spice, beverage, agro processing or FMCG operations
- Experience in supervisory responsibility, training, education, consulting, or professional services industry is an added advantage.
