Facility / Property Manager
Job summary
The Facility Manager will be responsible for the day to day management, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property. The role requires a reliable, flexible, and personable individual who can ensure that the property is well maintained, tenants are attended to courteously, and all operational matters are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general maintenance and appearance of the property, ensuring it is always in good condition.
- Communicate professionally and cordially with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise artisans, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance works.
- Arrange and monitor fumigation services to ensure a hygienic and pest free environment.
- Supervise repair works and general property maintenance activities.
- Oversee water treatment processes to ensure safe and adequate water supply.
- Manage the cleaning, treatment, and maintenance of the swimming pool to required standards.
- Maintain basic administrative records using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with basic safety, health, and operational standards within the property
- Carry out other miscellaneous duties as may be reasonably assigned to support the effective management of the property.
Requirements:
- Minimum S.S.C.E
- 1 years of previous work experience in similar role
