- Ensure cleanliness, security, proper functioning of utilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), and upkeep of premises
- Maintain records and oversee the maintenance of office assets, vehicles, and specialized equipment.
- Source, manage, and monitor third-party service providers for repairs, cleaning, or specialized services.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage facility-related budgets, track usage (power, water), and optimize resource use to reduce operating costs.
- Manage facility-related projects, renovations, and upgrades.
- Conduct inspections, report faults, and maintain records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 4 years of previous work experience in similar role
