Job Summary
The Facility Officer will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s facilities. This hybrid role involves three days on-site for direct oversight and two days remotely for administration, vendor management, and reporting.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenants’ inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
- Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
- Conduct site visits three times a week, including a full inspection at least once weekly
- Maintain logs of maintenance issues, tenant communication, and property updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in facility or property management is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Resides in or close to Sangotedo (preferred).
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
