Facility Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced facility manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of estate facilities. The role ensures uninterrupted utilities, well-maintained infrastructure, effective water vendor supervision, and a clean, safe, and compliant living environment for residents.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage estate facilities and utilities, including power supply, water systems, drainage, and common areas.
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise security, cleaning, waste management, and technical service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fire safety regulations.
- Oversee security operations, access control, and incident reporting.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures.
- Handle and resolve resident facility-related complaints.
- Prepare maintenance, incident, and performance reports for management.
- Supervise facility officers and conduct performance appraisals.
- Advise management on facility risks, improvements, and investment needs
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
