Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules

Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives

Supervise facility staff and provide leadership and performance management

Coordinate space management, office layout, and renovations where necessary

Handle emergency situations and ensure proper response procedures are in place

Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service activities

Ensure uninterrupted utilities (power, water, HVAC, etc.) and proper functioning of equipment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in facility or operations management

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management tools

Working Days & Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
