Facility Management Officer
Job summary
The facility Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility, including buildings, grounds and equipment. Oversees the maintenance and repair, manage vendors, coordinate with department and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the day-to-day smooth management and operations
- Ensuring consistent power supply to the facilities as schedule.
- Carry out maintenance and repair activities.
- Supervise daily cleaning activities by office assistant
- Ensuring that basic facilities such as water and heating are well maintained and provided.
- Performing any other duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building and structural engineering, civil engineering or any other related field with a minimum of a second class lower or lower credit.
- Must have completed the NYSC programme.
- Any other professional qualification is an added advantage
- Must be between the ages of 22 and 28 years.
