Job summary

The Experiential Operations & Fabrication Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all operational, fabrication, and build-related activities for Quorum Africa’s experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live events. The role ensures that all structures, installations, and on-ground executions are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position works closely with Client Services, Creative, Production teams, and external vendors to translate concepts into seamless real-world experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operational planning, fabrication, and build processes for experiential projects from concept approval to teardown.
  • Translate creative and experiential concepts into practical build solutions, ensuring feasibility, durability, and safety.
  • Develop and manage project execution plans, build schedules, site plans, and operational timelines.
  • Source, manage, and supervise fabrication vendors, artisans, builders, and technical partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Oversee on-site builds, installations, rehearsals, and dismantling of experiential assets and event structures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, venue regulations, and operational best practices during builds and installations.
  • Collaborate with Client Services teams to align execution with client expectations and approved scopes.
  • Manage fabrication and operations budgets, including cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and expense control.
  • Conduct quality control checks on all fabricated items and installations prior to and during activation.
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges on-site and implement quick, effective solutions.
  • Maintain inventory of experiential assets, tools, and reusable materials.
  • Prepare post-project operational reports, including build evaluations, challenges, and improvement recommendations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in experiential operations, event production, fabrication, or build management.
  • Proven experience managing fabrication, staging, set builds, installations, and large-scale brand activations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent qualification in any related field.
  • Strong understanding of materials, carpentry, metal works, branding applications, lighting, and structural builds.
  • Experience managing vendors, artisans, fabricators, and on-site technical teams.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
  • Solid knowledge of health, safety, and risk management practices for live events and builds.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.


Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Work Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Onsite)

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly
