Experiential Account Manager
Job summary
The Experiential Account Manager (Client Services) will serve as the primary client services lead for Quorum Africa, responsible for managing client relationships while delivering exceptional experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and on-ground experiences. The role combines strategic client management with hands-on execution to ensure client satisfaction, project excellence, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client services point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong communication, trust, and long-term client relationships.
- Manage client briefs, expectations, feedback, and approvals throughout the lifecycle of experiential projects.
- Interpret client objectives and translate briefs into actionable experiential concepts and execution strategies.
- Coordinate internal creative, production, and operations teams to deliver seamless experiential campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of brand activations, events, and live consumer experiences.
- Manage project timelines, scopes, deliverables, and approvals to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
- Ensure all experiential outputs align with client brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and agreed service standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed post-activation reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and repeat engagements.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution in line with Quorum Africa’s client service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years active experience in an experiential account management role (client services).
- At least 2 years’ proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an agency or experiential environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any related field.
- Strong client management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly
