Role Description The Experienced Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ogun State, Nigeria. The individual in this role will design and deliver engaging lessons, create structured lesson plans, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include classroom instruction, mentoring learners, assessing performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, contributing to curriculum development, organizing training sessions, and supporting learners in both theoretical and practical aspects of their education. The teacher is expected to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and uphold ChampionsIT’s commitment to high-quality, learner-focused education.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with proven experience delivering structured learning in a classroom or training environment.
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills, including the ability to design, organize, and implement effective instructional materials and sessions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
• Candidates should have the ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom, demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong classroom management.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience teaching or training in IT, business, or related fields; familiarity with SAP or enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Candidates should hold a relevant academic degree or professional qualification in Education, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Ogun State, Nigeria, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
