Responsibilities:
- Restructure and rebuild the current PRO department for maximum efficiency and impact
- Recruit, train, and manage a very large PRO & Publicity team focused on customer acquisition
- Develop strategies to consistently drive high customer traffic and revenue growth
- Organize and coordinate a minimum of TWO major events monthly in the strip club
- Actively attract and secure birthdays, celebrations, and private parties to the venue
- Build strong publicity channels, partnerships, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales and attendance targets are achieved
- Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence
- Support management with marketing ideas and event concepts
- Ensure the venue remains highly visible, relevant, and competitive in the nightlife scene
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Nightlife Promoter
- Strong network within nightlife, entertainment, and social circles
- Demonstrated ability to attract customers, organize events, and grow venue visibility
- Strong recruiter and team builder
- Highly social, persuasive, and well-connected
- Sales-driven mindset with proven results
- Creative event and publicity strategist
- Passion for nightlife marketing and promotions
