Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of the club (daily activities, staff supervision, and performance oversight)
- Restructure and reposition the club for maximum profitability, efficiency, and market appeal
- Recruit, build, and manage a large PRO & Publicity Team dedicated to customer acquisition and brand visibility
- Develop and execute marketing, promotions, and nightlife engagement strategies
- Drive consistent customer traffic growth through events, partnerships, and promotions
- Set performance targets for staff and ensure strict compliance
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, discipline, and performance monitoring
- Manage VIP experience standards, customer satisfaction, and service quality
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Coordinate entertainment schedules, special events, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain strong brand image, security standards, and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years proven experience as a Nightclub Manager
- Demonstrated success in increasing revenue, managing nightlife teams, and running high-energy venues
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and business development skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Results-driven mindset with proven revenue growth track record
- Excellent recruitment and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment
