Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Receive visitors, handle phone calls, and manage official correspondence.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and documents.
- Maintain filing systems—both electronic and hard copy.
- Support office operations, logistics, and procurement.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Assist with basic data entry and document management.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years proven experience as a secretary or administrative officer.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Experience working in an IT or tech-driven environment.
- Good typing speed and document formatting skills.
- Ability to draft professional letters and reports.
