Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Presenting products or services to potential and existing customers, demonstrating their value, and negotiating contracts and prices.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, tracking sales activity, and reporting on performance.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Following a defined sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
• Working with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to achieve sales objectives.
• Staying informed about the company's products or services and industry trends.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers within a designated territory.
• Participating in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
