Job summary
We are seeking a motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.

- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts and pricing.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials and content.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Support brand development and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
