Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Sales Executive based in Abuja, Nigeria, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, identifying real estate sales opportunities, and negotiating deals. The role also involves developing sales strategies, preparing market analyses, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets and deliver client success.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of real estate markets, business development, and client relationship management
- Highly professional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capacity for effective decision-making
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working arrangement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in real estate, investment advisory, or related industries is preferred
