Job summary
We are looking for self-motivated and results-driven Experienced Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3–5 years of proven, successful track record in real estate sales within the Lagos market.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, property listings, and social media marketing specific to the high-net-worth client base in Lagos.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of local property values, market trends, mortgage options, and legal requirements specific to land and property transactions in Lagos.
- Client Negotiation: Conduct skillful negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible price and terms for the company.
Property Management & Documentation
- Property Tours: Schedule and conduct engaging property viewings and open houses, effectively highlighting the features and benefits of the listed properties.
- Documentation: Guide clients through all necessary paperwork, including Offers-to-Purchase, tenancy agreements, deeds, and other legal instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Due Diligence: Ensure all listed properties have verified titles and documentation, including C of O (Certificate of Occupancy) and Governors Consent, minimizing risk for the company and clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Advisory: Act as a professional consultant, providing expert advice to clients on market conditions, property investment strategies, and financing.
- Follow-up: Maintain long-term relationships with past clients for referrals and repeat business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable success as a Real Estate Sales Executive or Agent, preferably in the Lagos market.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant field.
- Market Knowledge: Intimate familiarity with the Lekki-Ajah, Ikoyi, and Victoria Island property market landscape is a mandatory advantage.
- Licensing: Possession of a relevant professional certification (e.g., Estate Agents Registration) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Character: High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and client confidentiality.
