Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Find new customers and bring them to buy our products/services.
- Run our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) - post daily, reply DMs and comments.
- Create simple content - flyers, videos, captions (using Canva).
- Go out for field marketing when needed - visit clients, markets, offices.
- Run small paid ads on Instagram/Facebook/GoogleTalk to customers, understand what they want, and give feedback to management.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare a weekly report: How many customers did you bring? How much sales?
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma in marketing, business, or a related field (but smart SSCE with experience can apply)
- 1-2 years of experience as a marketer (NYSC experience counts).
- Must be ready to resume quickly.
- Must have a smartphone and be good with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Canva
- Must be confident, well-spoken, and not shy to talk to people.
- Must be target-driven
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Onsite / Hybrid)
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 200,000 Monthly + Commission
