Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
  • Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using a CRM or other sales-tracking tools.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BSC
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role

  • Monthly sales revenue achieved.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Value of repeat business.
  • Marketing campaign effectiveness.
