Experienced Driver

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport prospective clients to and from property inspection sites.
• Convey staff, management, and other authorized personnel to meetings, project sites, and official engagements.
• Ensure prompt pick-up and drop-off in line with approved schedules.
• Deliver company documents, contracts, promotional materials, and other official items to clients, government agencies, and business partners as required.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing team during property inspections, exhibitions, and promotional events by providing reliable transportation support.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refueling to avoid operational delays.
• Promptly report mechanical faults, accidents, traffic violations, or any vehicle-related issues to Management.
• Ensure scheduled servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, vehicle licensing, and other statutory requirements are up to date.
• Maintain accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, and vehicle expenses.
• Plan efficient travel routes to minimize travel time and fuel costs while avoiding unnecessary delays.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety standards.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, client information, and management activities.
• Support other logistics and operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years' professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
• Good knowledge of road networks within Lagos and other operational areas.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and routine maintenance checks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
• High level of integrity, honesty, discretion, and professionalism.
• Physically fit and willing to work weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when business operations require.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when interacting with clients and staff.
