Job summary
The Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation for staff, clients, and management. Responsibilities include conveying clients to property inspection sites, supporting official assignments, delivering company documents, maintaining assigned vehicles, and ensuring punctual, courteous service while complying with all road safety.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport prospective clients to and from property inspection sites.
- Convey staff, management, and other authorized personnel to meetings, project sites, and official engagements.
- Ensure prompt pick-up and drop-off in line with approved schedules.
- Deliver company documents, contracts, promotional materials, and other official items to clients, government agencies, and business partners as required.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team during property inspections, exhibitions, and promotional events by providing reliable transportation support.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refueling to avoid operational delays.
- Promptly report mechanical faults, accidents, traffic violations, or any vehicle-related issues to Management.
- Ensure scheduled servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, vehicle licensing, and other statutory requirements are up to date.
- Maintain accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, and vehicle expenses.
- Plan efficient travel routes to minimize travel time and fuel costs while avoiding unnecessary delays.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, client information, and management activities.
- Support other logistics and operational duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
- Good knowledge of road networks within Lagos and other operational areas.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and routine maintenance checks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
- High level of integrity, honesty, discretion, and professionalism.
- Physically fit and willing to work weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when business operations require.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when interacting with clients and staff.
