Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Issue receipts, refunds, and manage returns in line with company policy
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and submit daily sales reports
- Ensure accuracy between physical cash, POS records, and sales receipts
- Provide excellent customer service and support smooth checkout experiences
- Report discrepancies or issues immediately to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier area
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier in a retail environment
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer operations
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability
- Good communication and customer service skills
