The Experienced Baker is responsible for the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide range of bakery products in accordance with company standards. The role requires a high level of skill, consistency, and attention to detail to ensure product quality, food safety compliance, and efficient daily bakery operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, bake, and finish breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products following approved recipes.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in line with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages.
- Support production planning to meet daily and peak-period demand.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
- Comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
