Responsibilities:
- Source and originate quality loan applications
- Drive consistent and measurable monthly disbursements
- Maintain a healthy performing portfolio
- Monitor repayments and manage delinquency proactively
- Ensure strict compliance with credit and institutional policies
- Achieve defined KPIs and performance targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in loan sales or lending operations (mandatory)
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding disbursement targets
- Strong understanding of portfolio monitoring (PAR 30+, default rate, recovery process)
- Experience in structured financial institutions or fintech lending
- Sound knowledge of credit assessment and documentation
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Professional, target-driven, and disciplined approach
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Target-driven and resilient mindset
- Proximity to the Yaba / Island axis preferred
