Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Handle payroll processing and statutory deductions
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews
- Monitor company expenses and recommend cost-control measures
- Provide financial analysis and advice to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years proven accounting experience
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
