Job summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to take primary responsibility for front-desk reception and meeting management, including visitor registration and guidance, internal notifications, meeting room setup, and onsite support (power, AV, refreshments), daily checks of reception/exhibition areas, and supplies replenishment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the reception image and provide a professional first impression.
  • Handle registration, guest guidance, and internal department notifications.
  • Perform daily checks on lighting, multimedia, and exhibit status (Reception Room and Exhibition Room).
  • Monitor and replenish brochures, gifts, and pantry supplies.
  • Meeting room management: prepare meeting rooms for company meetings (including power, av equipment, refreshments, etc.)
  • Assisting the General Management Department with other daily tasks.


Requirements:

  • Well-presented with a professional demeanor and proficient in business etiquette.
